RULES NO SMOKING is allowed inside or outside of the property - if any evidence of smoking is found additional cleaning charges will apply. Booking form - All guests must agree to the Terms and Conditions and additional information details, which are detailed on this site. Verification of the renter including a photo id of the lead party member must be verified by our booking system after booking has been made. A guest form must be completed specifying who will be staying in the home. Only those persons named on the Booking Form shall reside at the home. Only pre-registered guests are allowed in our home – any other visitors must be confirmed and accepted by the owners – maximum occupancy limits are strictly adhered to. No parties or party size groups, no events and no gatherings are allowed. Lead guest must be over 25 years of age. No pets are allowed. Payments - we take payment by secure credit card payment through our website in US Dollars. Arrival and Departure- unless otherwise arranged, the home will be available at 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Pool heating available on request for a fee of $25 per day. A pool safety fence will be setup. Please use if you have someone who is little and unable to swim. Please do not remove the safety fence.
